In the autumn months our fashion tends to get cosier and darker, I thought I'd share an outfit of the night to shift things along and bring some excitement to the darker evenings but also a casual affair for which this outfit could be worn. I'd even piece this number together for Sixth Form or an evening. Outfits such as these are very diverse and can be easily worn down or apt for going out wear.
I love wearing skirts and oversized coats with heels especially in autumn/winter as you can always get away with them. The oversized coats always make these so casual but as soon as you pair with some heeled boots it really becomes something.
A golden eye with a berry lip is also a must for autumn, during the day or evening too. There are multiple shades for this makeup look, it can be made extravagant or even very natural, you can delve into the red shades or contrast to the plums.. either way they both work, and wonderfully too! (Another post for an autumn make up look!)
The majority of my wardrobe is black and white, they're such easy and plain colours to work with and almost all makeup looks are appropriate for these colours too, however some browns and greys come out to play. I find that scarves become apparent in autumn too and especially blanket scarves this season, absolutely love them and they always work, with a denim, leather or even a woollen jacket/coat you can never go wrong.
